  • 1 sweet or russet potato (I prefer the kind that come in plastic wrap and are microwaveable)
  • 2 strips cooked bacon
  • 1 over-medium egg
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced


Microwave the potato.
Warm up or cook the bacon.
Cook the egg.
Build your potato, placing the toppings in any order you like.
Feel free to garnish with salsa, hot sauce, or just plain ole salt and pepper.
